One way to make your business stand out in a traditional downtown area with a “Main Street”, is the use of projecting signs. Many Downtown District Planning Groups encourage this type of Signage. First impressions are everything, and a well designed entry way that includes good signs can attract more customers for your business. Projecting signs can give you a lot of visibility and a creative look. Take a look at some examples of projecting signs designed for a variety of businesses.
Projecting signs would work really well in the downtown areas of Pewaukee, Hartland, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Okauchee, Delafield, Genesee Depot, Wales, and many other Lake Country downtowns.

Chef Michael Feker is opening a new restaurant in downtown Hartland, WI called Zesti. The menu at the restaurant will consist of a “global infusion” of flavors inspired by Italian, Mediterranean, Thai and some Wisconsin and North American dishes. So the Chef wanted a classical projecting sign with a curved wrought iron bracket to capture his vision of old world warmth and an exciting selection of food and wine. The sign was fabricated with an aluminum panel, 1/4″ acrylic letters and a logo with a drawing of the Chef cooking in the kitchen. The restaurant will open in December of 2014.
